Responsible Gaming
Version: 1.0 Last Updated: 17 August 2026
At Tasty Bingo Casino, we believe that gambling should always be an enjoyable, entertaining, and affordable leisure activity. We are fully committed to promoting safer gambling and to providing our Players with the tools, information, and support they need to stay in control.
This Responsible Gaming Policy should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. If you have any concerns about your gambling, please do not hesitate to contact us at [email protected] or reach out to one of the support organisations listed in Section 6 below.
Gambling is for adults only. You must be 18 or over to use our Services.
1. Our Commitment
Tasty Bingo Casino is dedicated to operating responsibly and ethically. Our commitment to responsible gaming includes:
- Providing a safe and fair gaming environment for all Players;
- Offering a comprehensive suite of player protection tools that are freely accessible at all times;
- Training our staff to recognise and respond appropriately to indicators of problem gambling;
- Conducting regular reviews of our responsible gaming procedures to ensure they meet or exceed industry best practice;
- Actively promoting awareness of the risks associated with gambling and the support available;
- Never marketing to individuals who have self-excluded or who have shown signs of gambling harm;
- Implementing strict age verification procedures to prevent underage gambling.
We recognise that for a small number of individuals, gambling can become problematic. If you feel that your gambling is no longer in your control, we urge you to use the tools available to you or to seek independent support without delay.
2. Recognising Problem Gambling
Problem gambling can develop gradually and is not always easy to recognise in oneself. The following checklist may help you identify whether your gambling is becoming a concern. Ask yourself honestly whether any of the following apply to you:
- Do you find yourself spending more money on gambling than you originally planned or can comfortably afford?
- Do you gamble with money that was set aside for essential expenses such as rent, bills, or food?
- Have you tried to cut down or stop gambling but found it difficult or impossible to do so?
- Do you feel restless, irritable, or anxious when you are not gambling or when you try to stop?
- Do you chase your losses — that is, return to gambling soon after losing in order to try to win back the money?
- Do you lie to friends, family members, or colleagues about how much time or money you spend gambling?
- Has gambling caused significant problems in your relationships, work, education, or financial situation?
- Do you borrow money, sell possessions, or commit dishonest acts to fund your gambling?
- Do you use gambling as a way to escape problems, relieve stress, feelings of guilt, anxiety, or depression?
- Have you experienced feelings of guilt, shame, or regret following a gambling session?
If you answered yes to two or more of the above, we strongly encourage you to take action. Start by using the tools available in your Account settings, and consider reaching out to one of the free support organisations listed in Section 6 of this page.
3. Player Protection Tools
We provide a range of responsible gaming tools to help you manage your gambling. All tools are available free of charge through your Account settings or by contacting our support team at [email protected].
3.1. Deposit Limits
You can set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you deposit into your Account. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Reducing a limit takes immediate effect. Increasing a limit is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before it comes into force, to prevent impulsive decisions.
3.2. Session Time Limits
You can set a maximum session duration. When your session time is reached, you will be automatically logged out of the Website. This tool helps prevent extended, unintended gambling sessions.
3.3. Reality Checks
Reality checks are periodic on-screen reminders that appear during your gaming session at intervals you choose (e.g., every 30, 60, or 120 minutes). Each reminder displays the duration of your current session and the net result of your play, allowing you to make an informed decision about whether to continue.
3.4. Loss Limits
You can set a limit on the total amount of losses you are willing to accept over a defined period (daily, weekly, or monthly). Once your loss limit is reached, further play will be restricted until the limit period resets. As with deposit limits, reductions take immediate effect while increases are subject to a 24-hour delay.
3.5. Cooling-Off Period (Time Out)
If you need a short break from gambling, you can apply a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 48 hours, one week, one month, or three months. During a cooling-off period, your Account will be suspended and you will not be able to log in, deposit, or play. Marketing communications will also cease for the duration of the cooling-off period.
3.6. Self-Exclusion
If you feel that you need a longer or permanent break from gambling, you can request self-exclusion from our Services. Self-exclusion options include:
- Minimum period: 6 months;
- Longer periods: 1 year, 2 years, 5 years;
- Indefinite exclusion (minimum 6 months before a reinstatement request can be made, subject to a further cooling-off period and our assessment).
During self-exclusion, your Account will be closed, your balance returned to you, and all marketing stopped. We will take all reasonable steps to prevent you from opening a new Account during the exclusion period.
To self-exclude, contact us at [email protected] or use the self-exclusion tool in your Account settings. We will process your request as quickly as possible.
3.7. National Self-Exclusion: GamStop
In addition to our internal self-exclusion tool, we strongly recommend registering with GamStop, the UK's free national self-exclusion scheme. Registering with GamStop will exclude you from all UK-licensed online gambling operators simultaneously. You can register at gamstop.co.uk.
4. Tips for Responsible Gambling
Gambling can be fun and exciting when approached in a responsible and controlled way. We recommend the following practices to keep your gambling healthy:
- Set a budget before you play — decide in advance the maximum amount you are comfortable losing and stick to it.
- Treat gambling as entertainment, not as a way to make money or solve financial problems.
- Never chase your losses — if you are on a losing streak, the odds of winning do not improve by continuing to play.
- Take regular breaks — step away from the screen, especially after extended sessions.
- Balance gambling with other activities — maintain a healthy mix of hobbies and social activities in your life.
- Do not gamble when emotionally distressed, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or when feeling depressed or anxious.
- Use our built-in tools — deposit limits, session timers, and reality checks are there to help you stay in control.
- Talk to someone — if gambling is causing you stress or worry, speaking to a trusted person or a trained counsellor can make a significant difference.
5. Protection of Minors
We operate a strict zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. Our Services are available exclusively to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. We apply rigorous age verification procedures at registration and at key points during a Player's lifecycle with us.
If you share a device or household with children, we strongly recommend taking the following precautions:
- Do not share your Account login credentials with any other person;
- Log out of your Account after each session;
- Install parental control or content filtering software on shared devices. Free and low-cost tools include:
- Net Nanny (netnanny.com)
- Gamban (gamban.com) — blocks access to gambling websites across all your devices
If you suspect that a minor has accessed our Services, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We take all such reports very seriously and will act swiftly.
